You can only buy 4.7cents at very small amount of shares.
The 15 mil placement at 5 cents is equal to 300 mil shares so there is no way you can buy this large amount of shares on the market.
Look at the below market Depth, you will properly need to pay up to 9cents but you can only buy 8 mil shares total
