Double oops looks like still loading Golden Cecilie. It is further to seaward that the other ship. They changed positions yesterday not really sure why!
Judging by the no of barge movements for the first two ships I don’t think they are fully loading the barges must be having trouble with the bauxite and are loading to the tides. If the barge is only 65% full and the window to get it out of the river is closing because of low water maybe they are sending it out anyway.
We are just guessing I spose it will come out in the wash!
