Yep totally agree with you Sammy.

PZ - Yes I get your point, we should temper those over enthusiastic revenues being thrown about. But my main argument is that it is a heck of a lot safer and cheaper than surgery which in a lot of cases would be the last alternative. It will ultimately be a big saving for patients and insurance companies and the govt. I agree with you that no PBS or equivalent system has the capacity to fully compensate and rebate on such a large scale BUT being hyper conservative, the numbers (and revenues) are still great and we should do well.
