Good post @Mozzarc! That data is 11 years old and a lot has happened within that time period. In Australia access to Health Care has grown by 10% per year. This growth is partly due to an ageing demographic and partly because we as a Western society are expecting a higher quality of life. If IPPS studies support the current claims around the product the uptake will be significant. Currently private health is subsidised by the Aust Government around $6Billion/year! I believe that IPPS will represent a significant cost saving to the health system with obvious benefits to Share Holders
