Prophetic or what? On 17/9/2017 I wrote: "something or other will come from the Rudas connection with Sbang. Sbang might do well to pick up the various facilities involved at a good price as, for example, they'll probably want a bit of landfill capacity for stuff they can't recycle." Too bad it won't do ANQ holders any good. I suspect most of us don't even qualify for the free mulch (see Councillors have mulch to talk about).
