I should clarify that I’m not attempting to undermine AVZ’s incredible yet untapped value. I am still a strong believer and major holder of the stock. It’s just that given where AVZ is at development-wise, and how much of the details have been worked out already, the only possible disruptions r exogenous factors such as civil conflict or a dramatic worsening of COVID etc, rather than any endogenous matters concerning the viability of the project itself. Any potential risks imo deserves to be assessed objectively and accordingly to its merits, hence my interest in a plethora of views concerning this latest development on the ground.
