Yes by the time all the offsets have been applied our OPEX is likely to be the lowest by far. Every dollar counts particular for transport. I'm sure I'm miss quoting but wasn't it every dollar saved in transport equates to 80 million in additional revenue for the life of the project?
Everyone worried about funding but with such a quick payback and for the benefits it will bring to the local economy I would suspect the DRC government could provide further assistance to acquire this on good terms.
