the asx re rau and 911 and 922 and now 307

Dear fellow RAUers,

I spoke with a representative of the ASX named Melissa twice today. She rang me this arvo to keep me up to date.

They thanked me profusely for informing them of the 911 and then 922 trades (for those of you who have not read the autobot threads, I suggest that you do) and told me something which I hopes puts fear into those people who have been trying and succeeding at manipulating the SP of this company.

She told me that the surveillance team has been watching RAU and the HC threads with some intensity over the past seven trading days or so. She told me that they were already aware of some very curious matters and again thanked me for pointing out the suspicious "911 and 922" trades.

Melissa then told me that the scrutiny of both the trades of RAU shares and also the posts on HC will be intensified, but that they would not be in a position to act for another two weeks or so.

It is my hope that the Algae people move onto another share now, so that RAU can find its proper level- one based upon reality rather than upon manipulation of people's fears, and further that any of them who might be following my posts and those of other concerned holders might make them sleep a bit uneasily tonight.

I will state my own position for the record. I hold 300,000 shares in this company. I believe that the management team is experienced and competent. I believe that there are strong prospects for growth in the company on both the gold and tungsten fronts. I believe that there are sizeable investors interested in this company. And I also believe that anyone who has been spooked by the manipulations of the past weeks is to be pitied. My beliefs are based upon fact, not speculation. Downrampers are probably part of the 911-922 team (interestingly, and for the benefit of the ASX team, 307 became the afternoon's magic number) and those people have now managed to gather literally millions of RAU shares at a 50%-75% discount on the share price before all these shenanigans began.

I cannot advise anyone about how to handle their money or their portfolio, but I can and will urge people to be sensible, to look at the news at hand, to ring the company for information rather then believing what you read here as fact. Ring the ASX. Ring brokers. Get advice...professional advice.

Finally, if we, the small investors don't chirp and voice our concerns about suspicious activity, then the ASX will not be able to police shonky stuff. It's up to us to empower ourselves and to wrest control of the SP from the slimy toads who make their fortunes at the expense of others. Good luck to all, and to all a good night.
