Their rates are fixed so rate rises are irrelevant unless the borrower is already struggling with a mortgage, if that was the case they shouldn'thave beem able to afford a pl in the first place.
Also everyone with a mortgage is serviced 2.5 to 3% above the rate they got their loan at. Inflation is the problem, but that hopefully only forces people to spend less, not default.
