They are a loss accumulating lender that is looking after their management a little too well. They might turn a profit this quarter. But if they were a threat they would have been bought, if they were worth more than their market cap, they would have been bought and if they had new and unique IP, you guessed it, they would have been bought.
They move into an interesting place, highest front end costs in the 3rd part space with the worst interest rates from what I am seeing. They are selling only on policy at the moment.
