Not significant just a very poor managment regime, like the rest of the banking sector, prehistoric, inwards looking, and of course the only forward looking is to the next remuneration report. No excuses for this cohort. BEN sh's suffered a near 25 % reduction in sp post trading release just only several weeks, not covid impacted.
