Good observation, Pargolf. I may add another one. IGR is not in production, yet, and is not selling Gold at today's prices. They will be in production next year, and the POG may be different, then. I am guessing it is likely to be higher than today. As a matter of fact, the POG may be much different in a few weeks.

I read a book where a simple test was given for whether one should sell or keep:
If someone forced you to sell a stock today, would you buy it tomorrow at the same sp?

I have to say that if someone forced me to sell my IGR holding today, I would buy IGR tomorrow for sure. To me this means that I hold.
