if BBI had harly any debt, the stock would be a maket darling due to its infastructure assets.
What us lomg termers are banking on is sale in assets at good prices to reduce the corporate debt or eliminate it. All other debt is asset specific, therefore only recourse to the asset. If this occurs sp will IMO signicantly increase.
