Hey Warnie - maybe I can pay him to buy my pad - then go bankrupt - then I will have no debt and lead a pure virtuous life and maybe you can pay me to rent one of your homes and trash it so you can claim more on negative gearing - love this Keenonmics! Must do more research into this - escaping from reality is making me feel good already and I don't have to use anything to get this high.
