The top twenty hold just under twenty per cent or about 280 million shares. This figure has not decreased and there are some very big parcels held by individuals in the top twenty. Even with the asx query last week as to viability, there was no panic selling by top twenty. Combine this with dascores excellent charting work and my own opinion of the fundamentals, I am very confident about their future. This is not a ramp as I have said many times in the past they could hit the wall tomorrow. Interesting to note the Chinese agencies have said rio has robbed Chinese steelmakers of $122 billion over the last six years with the cost of oz io. Does this mean they will look elsewhere??? Furthermore, Chile is perfectly positioned for a turnaround in the U.S and the the ever growing Brazil and Mexico.
