    What is so wrong with debt for CDU? It works well for all listed companies/
    I was happy with $100M of debt which equates to less than 20% gearing.
    I guess to do a rights issue, means their is a potential blow out on costs.
    I am not sure why I called it a rights issue... as basically with share price as it is...it just means AM Capital gets a strategic interest at a very low price
