jumpstart, I think you have misread peoples' posts here. I can't recall anyone saying that they would never get the money. But there have been plenty of "prancing Goldilocks" as you so eloquently put it saying that they wouldn't need any more money. Financial needs will be met by DSO sales and share issues to suppliers, from Sinosteel to the local crane man.

Those who have patiently tried to explain WHY the company will need the money, based upon the company's own figures, have received the usual blastings.

I think your summation of the workings of the BOD is almost spot on.
