    even if a company puts in a low ball offer, share holders are still required to accept it...

    i.e. even if EXT is 'shorted' to $7, company directors and share holders still have the right to reject anything under $12 if thats what they see to be the fair price for the company and its assets...

    low ball offers only succeed if shareholders let them... end of story...

    then again, maybe its the case that in the current climate, $8ish is more than fair value... maybe thats what is the real problem here...? you guys still think the company is 'worth' ~$12, when in fact it no longer is...

    anyway, i like ext, and i dont think holders have anything to worry about...
