Agree completely. I am not sure how it would work though. The Retts patients have gone thru so much and have been so extraordinary. And at least had some advantage of getting the chance of using 'Trof' before NNZ2591 was available. But I am assuming there would have to be new trials (phs 1 + 2) in order for Retts sufferers to start using NNZ-2591 (assuming all works out, as we all hope and expect). I am sure it will be workout-able and maybe involve trials involving reducing Trof / increasing 2591??? Would probably not want to stop using Trof altogether to start on lower (Ph 1) doses of 2591. So maybe just trial Retts sufferers who are not using Trof at all (newly diagnosed / could not tolerate Trof) if there are enough to get thru Phase 2? Neuren and Acadia are clearly very clever and seem to be extremely compassionate, so I am sure there will be a solution, but have no idea what that would look like. It is important that Retts patients are looked after of course.
