If things were not bad enough for RFG before then the latest ACA report will be the death knell for RFG.
With the franchisee "churn" fees being the main income stream for RFG then no-one in their right mind will now buy an RFG branchise franchise.
Forget about the huge reduction in income, their balance sheet is going to be decimated when they write down the value of intangibles.
I really don't have any sympathy for those still holding as they were given plenty of warning of this outcome, both in the press and by HC contributors. Lesson to be learnt is don't fall in love with a stock just because you hold it.
