While I was there they would even let you try and minimise your losses if you want out and shut the doors they would send accounts for franchise fees until the end of your agreement.
And would make you wait 3 months while they decided weather they wanted the store during that time your still paying rent franchise fees and it’s still not advertised for rent then after the 3 months if they still want the location you will be paid 15-20k for the fit out and equipment and your free that’s the best case
