That has been the play for the last 6 weeks or more a systematic a ploy to drag the stock down and hold it for accumulation then sell it off as they did this week for a very handsome profit, i'm almost anal about the (sell V buy) signal and watch it very closely all day long if the sell is thin your in for a green day and any news puts a halt to manipulating it, if it's not then its been a flat day of accumulation and frustration for holders who want it going north, it certainly has been manipulated,but its not an uncommon practise that's for sure.
