Looks likwe this seller at 9.1 is trying to sway the market but no one else coming over the top of him to sell into 9c - good sign of strength at current levels

May change or 9.1c will get swallowed and we will continue up

Could be a trader getting out before the Fed announce whetehr their bond buyback will be tapered when the comittee meet tomorrow otherwise nothing more - asian equities opened weaker on tapering fears - we all know the story here up one day down the next - TRADERS WILL PLAY THE PIPS ANYWAY !! Long termers will buy on weakness
Long term we have a robust project on paper and just need the funding finalised soon so we can get started on plant construction and design
