Who knows why anyone would sell any significant portion of their stock at this juncture...each to their own I guess. I don't think they would have any better info on AVB than you or I. For me it would be like collapsing 100 metres out from the finish line of a marathon. A completed finance ann is not just a milestone it is transformational for AVB and to the best of my knowledge few successfully do it. gltah's
