Make a record of the activity... e.g. screenshots, send to the asx and potentially hire a lawyer. I'd expect the activity would have to be ongoing and material. IMO the 3 million @2.8c this morning probably wouldn't qualify, however if it was 30 million and happened every morning, then that would qualify.

It is a bit pointless though, because if the 3 million @2.8c wanted the price to go up, then pulling at the last moment would have the opposite effect in the end. It would only work if a lot of others followed and didn't pull out. With the 3B out last night showing a lot of shares bought @1c, and director selling options, I can't see that happening. In which case, in my opinion, if they pull the 3 million at the last moment, it would indicate they want the price to go down.
