I now have it on good authority that the coming announcement will be lengthy and comprehensive. Many aspects of it need to be checked by regulators who in cases such as ours often seek clarification or extra information before approving a release. This is positive as there are extra levels of scrutiny applied to small cap miner/explorers nowadays following shoddy practices in recent years that harmed shareholders. I don't expect the announcement today. It is imminent however.
