We are only surmising at this time but I expect it won't be long now until we learn all about what GML are proposing.
However, I would be expecting something of a significant size to warrant a re-rating of the Company on the back of a fairly large project which may well involve capital injection for the medium to long term benefit of shareholders.
Whilst initially this may well be dilutionary, for the greater good, we should all be beneficiaries depending on the transaction.
