Valinvestor, I am not arguing that erg has filed a petition that LNC has breached a contract - that does not make it a fact and does not permit extrapolation as to how the Chinese should be acting on unsubstantiated information. Moreover the amount in dispute is not the headline blazing number posted this am.

If you read the earlier posts you will also see that Erg have petitions against quite a number of companies.
