Valinvestor, I thought the erg 'lawsuit' had been put in context already in this forum. It was originally a very misleading post that was moderated. Erg is a very litigious company with mult pending (not proven) law suits. The one referred to against LNC is a relatively minor dispute - note dispute. Do not imply they have breeched a contract unless you can substantiate it.
I agree that management of funds has been disastrous from my point of view as well, however I am interested in what potential can be gained from what is left - and yes I believe someone does need to keep the reins on the CEO
