The gems of Revelation 21, page-258

Based on the following verses, I said it appears either or ether.

³ Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man (mankind) of sin (lawlessness) be revealed, the son of perdition;

Judas possessed was deemed as son of perdition as well - destruction.
So that could be anyone or many, possessed ones.

As I said or likes of, if you want to place a man in here, the numerous claims the Popes have made of themselves, could very well fit here.
Goodness me, the claim as being Father on earth etc, hmmm

Who opposeth and exalteth above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he (it, they, them, same) as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself (itself) that he God.
(Fits in perfectly with a created trinity God)
⁶ And now ye know what withholdeth that he (it, they, them, same) might be revealed in his (itself) time.
⁸ And then shall the lawless be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
