Correct in this case. I read enough to know that the paper didn't address the question under discussion. I had read the whole paper when you sent it to me previously so know it doesn't address the subject under discussion. Again if I'm wrong show me where I'm wrong - I'm happy to learn. It seems to happen every time you post this sort of material and I ask you to show me where I'm wrong or for clarification, your response is not clarification but "ah, you didn't read the whole paper properly". This leads me to believe that you post this material without understanding it yourself.
