You haven't put up any reason for me to doubt the Genesis account of Adam and Eve
I suggest that you consider the implications of the account of Adam and Eve being literal and then decide.
A rudimentary knowledge of genetics and the consequences of inbreeding would show you that the account cannot be taken literally.
We know that Australian Aboriginals and Southern African San were around well before Adam and Eve were supposed to have been created as the first humans.
We can now trace back our ancestors through our genes. The result of this work does not support Genesis if taken literally.
Would you like to address these problems that result from taking the account of Adam and Eve literally?
How would humankind with its diversity stem from a couple from about four and a half thousand years ago?
I look forward to seeing how you address these issues.
