Well, they need not have provided video footage of a failed test.
Since Hiroshima atomic bombs are considerably more powerful - there can be no winners of a nuclear war yet sabre rattling with their nuclear toys continues.
Is it just sabre rattling or serious threats?
With people like Putin, Kim Jong Un and Tramp in charge of the nuclear code, I'm not betting either way.
