I can't speak for @wotsup. My point is that I claim that the Bible claims that Jesus is the Son of God but never claims that he is the literal Son of God.
I also added that God, being a spiritual being can't have a literal Son.
Hence I claimed that a belief in God having a literal Son comes down to interpretation.
These remarks are just to summarise my claims.
So now to address your points point by point please start by reposting your points - I will take a long time to find them - together with how you like to address them.
