So this angel of the lord was worshipped here again remember the word angel whereu is an english word that was translated from the hebrew,which had several meaning for archangel and angel

So we again go to the book of Hebrews and see what God himself(the father says about these things?)

8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Re your Hebrews quote, is all in reference to after the cross, when after being glorified, he became a Begotten God John 1:18, confirming his words in John 17:3, that he was not a God when here.

Pre the cross -> Heb 2:9 - But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.
(Not reduced, this is his all time beginnings being spoken of here).

After the cross -> Heb 1:4 - having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
Col 1:18 - And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead;so that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Hence, he has gone from a plan to have preeminence, to now literally, physically having preeminence.
