About this 200 Million issue with the Germans.... In relative terms it is very immaterial (I could use my Medicare card to pay for it) but IMO it has to be considered.
I wonder what Uncle is doing about it and if the other banks would be willing to meet any special considerations forwarded to these Storm Troopers...
