I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with Morrison. From an equity and economic point of view it makes sense. Why should one group of internet consumers not pay GST while the person who shops at bricks and mortar pays? Economically, it encourages domestic businesses who employ and pay taxes here.
Its Amazon's choice whether to comply, not the governments.
