Allowing she HAS to - as PM, Gillard today has on her sympathetic butter wouldn't melt in my mouth expression - why, she's even wearing black!

Her standing there, demure, eyes downcast, trying to look AWFULLY empathetic - one imagines she may have got wind of this "Australian of the Year" madness - and be showing another NEW Julia - Julia the humble - Julia who CARES - Julia, through whose lips nary a scathing word or vilest insult, as her vicious lying attack on Abbott that day,) ever escaped!

Today it's "good" Julia - but the thought of her lecturing people on what they SHOULD do in the face of a deadly bushfire is a little galling - as it was Rudd who rushed, overnight, to comfort Black Saturday victims - and, although I am no Rudd fan politically, he clearly DID give a sincere damn! Did shed SINCERE tears!

But its amazing how pollies can always dredge up a sad face when there's an election in the offing. Some are genuine - yes - but sadly, I cannot see this in her. Takes the focus off her though - yes, off her and her huge troubles now, (on hols at present!) with more to come, if there IS any justice to be had.
