If your house is anything like mine you’ve probably got a kid who’s nuts about Blippi. That’s Stevin John the dude in the blue shirt and orange suspenders who’s got every toddler hooked on diggers and animals. His videos are like gold for parents teaching kids about shapes and colors with this big goofy grin. But while Blippi’s out there winning over the preschool crowd folks are dying to know more about the guy’s personal life especially about Stevin John wife. Let’s take a quick look at his world with his partner and their kid keeping it real and respectful since they don’t lay it all out there.
Alyssa Ingham His Better Half
Stevin’s fiancée is Alyssa Ingham the woman who’s been with him since way before Blippi was a thing. She’s not big on hogging the spotlight but what we know makes her sound pretty great. Alyssa’s been working as a communications manager for Kideo Inc. which is the outfit behind Blippi since 2018. Her gig is all about putting together stuff that helps kids learn so she’s totally in sync with Stevin’s vibe. She’s got a degree in psychology and family studies from Central Washington University plus a master’s which tells you she’s smart and probably super thoughtful.
How’d they get together? Alyssa spilled a bit on Instagram saying she was pouring coffee at a shop back in college right next to where Stevin lived. He’d roll in all the time and that’s how they clicked. It’s like one of those cute stories you’d hear about at a family barbecue just a guy and a girl meeting over lattes.
How It All Went Down
Stevin and Alyssa started going out in 2015 and they kept it on the down-low at first. Alyssa gave us a peek into their thing in December 2015 when she posted a picture of them goofing off in the snow calling them snow angels. Since then they’ve dropped little hints of their life like pics of them kayaking or messing around on jet skis showing they’re all about having a good time.
The big news hit in August 2021 when Stevin got down on one knee at a Malibu beach with the sun setting. He threw it up on Instagram saying I’m not just a boyfriend anymore I’m a fiancé! Can’t wait to do life with you! Alyssa posted the same pictures writing 2015 to forever love you. Their Little Guy Lochlan
Stevin and Alyssa had their first kid a boy named Lochlan David John in March 2022. They shared the news with these super cute Instagram posts one with them all together and another of Lochlan who was a tiny 7 pounds 4 ounces. Stevin said Your mom and I are crazy about you welcome to the world! and Alyssa was like Love you so much little man.
