I assume none as you are so vehemently opposed to PMs

As you then are not a holder why are you so opposed to those who do hold it?

It is a fact of life that the people who control the economics and money of the world will do whatever it takes to rig, alter, manipulate the system to suit their own needs so if you believe that no funny business goes on you hold a very naive viewpoint
