    In view the developing global virus issue - plus the eye watering sums of money traded as global equities markets revalue -

    I wondered if there is any evidence from past pandemics if house property prices are hit too ?

    Or does some money needing a "safe haven" boost demand for houses properties.

    Any ideas?
