Housing is a basic necessity and should be very affordable, people could have invested in other things instead that would help the economy. The real people to blame is the banks and government for pushing this agenda, they need to lend as much as possible ( money they create out of thin air ) and housing is the vehicle they have chosen. I'm also not a whinger I own 2 property's outright have plenty of cash, had a successful business etc, they have screwed the economy to make the top 10% wealthy. What happens in the future?
