Looks like Trump and his faction of the capitalist class want to target China first hence the trade war measures. What is Trump but a wealthy privileged elite owner of a global corporation anyway ? (Admittedly small at the moment). More accurate to just call them what they are, capitalists.

Wether its Russia first or China, or some other nation or bloc of nations war is the outcome of capitalism not some mysterious "globalist elite.
