I see it as one global cartel fighting for control against another (New World Order) global cartel.
What both of these cartels fear the most is the people waking up to what is going on and what and who these people are.
One world government with no sovereign control and no sovereign borders except where they live of course which will be heavily protected by soldiers with weapons, this is their agenda. Subservient law enforcement such as we are seeing in the US.
