Do you think there will be? The excesses in the financial sector through the 90's are pretty scary.

I remember reading somewhere (gata site maybe?) that, unfavourable derivative positions were (are?) of the magnitutde that had the potential to implode many of the major trading houses and the wider US economy with the shockwave.
Sorta makes the NAB trading scandal look pretty insignificant doesn't it. As the saying goes: if you owe the bank 500 grand, you've got a problem; if you owe the bank 500 million, they have the problem.
