hi 11up, Polarus/Kodack -Eastman guarantee the IP is safe and belongs to the client , this type of independent testing and advice looks the safest and quickest way to market , the recent patents lodgement strengthening the IP in 18 countries would have been on the advice of Polarus , check out the link below ,
