    Remember that every stock is actually worth nothing, it only gains "value" by the percieved value of it by investors.

    Share price is influenced by perception and what people are prepared to pay for that share.
    At the end of the day its a company that does business and produces income.
    When the share price becomes so deflated by perception that it is less than the fundamental value of the company you get the buffett buy a $1 for 50c.

    These companies are vunerable to hostile take overs and/or asset fire sales.
    Few stocks are worth nothing.
