Hardy trying to hide anything chaps. Maybe a supportive shareholder gives them space in Singapore to further their business... gee never seen that before! Also, they must be the mugs if they were trying to hide your address theory. It's there in plain sight for everyone to see. Better watch out who your neighbour is at the local servecorp and regis office ;-) otherwise you might get some of the HC boys onto you for no reason.
And your second theory, that some Singapore companies use the same "registered" address so they must be up to something, even though it's on the public record and any MUG who has read through the historical MSP filings can see that these guys have invested at the same time in the same companies for more than 7 years.... and look like they buy into all of KTM's floats. Not really a secret if you can read in on the ASX website and un numerous annual reports is it.....Or do you think that they are complete idiots and think that every substantial notice they file is secret and that every top 20 they appear in never see's the light of day.
Also a quick search shows that at that same registered address there are 100's and 100's of companies registered... I guess Singapore is just like the rest of the world. Search any accounting firm in Australia, big or small, and see how many companies have the same registered address. And they all know it's on the public record.
If they were trying to hide that they invested around the same time, had access to a common office in Singapore or registered office.... then they are clearly not very good at hiding in plain sight!

hmmm......i sense some ruffled feathers.
no conspiracy theories here 1225 i did all my business reasearch prior to investing in MSP. The only question i have at this present time and the reason i will be voting no till i get a satisfactory response is why wouldnt it be MSP that made an offer for a struggling FFT.
obviously as an informed poster maybe you could help me understand this conundrum.
i get the bigger picture as a merged entity with all the combined benefits just cant seem to get beyond why this way round with fft leading the proposed merger
