    A few observations about NTL: https://www.nzx.com/files/attachments/219103.pdf

    (1) The AGM is on Friday.

    (2) The directors are seeking permission to place 10,000,000 shares to themselves to soak up the shortfall from the SPP (at same price, .7 cents).

    In my view, it is likely that news will precede or follow the AGM. I also think it is a vote of confidence by the directors to buy a big chunk of the company.
