    NTL owns ~13% of BPL.ASX.

    Lest we not forget, a recent broker report gave BPL a valuation of 25+ cents.

    If BPL shoots upwards then NTL's holding will fully fund the bulk sampling project...

    What's good for BPL is good for NTL!
